RAMEY (Rioux), Phyllis J., age 58, of Kettering, passed away on Tuesday, November 24, 2015. She is preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Rioux. Phyllis is survived by her parents, Rusty and Louise Ramey; children, Heather (Darren) Gambrell, Nikole (Andrew) Locke, and Les (Martina) Rose; 7 grandchildren; siblings, Patricia Ernsberger and John Ramey, as well as many other relatives and friends. Family will receive friends from 3:00 - 5:00 pm on Thursday, December 3, 2015 with a service following at 5:00 pm at Bethel Christian Assembly of God, 327 Smithville Rd., Dayton.
