Phyllis A. Mumford , age 66 of Miamisburg, passed away Wednesday, December 22, 2021. She was born August 28, 1955 in Lackey, Kentucky the daughter of the late Arthur and Ida Perkins.
Phyllis is survived by her husband, William Mumford; son, Derek Mumford; daughter, Samantha Wendling; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and sister, Joyce.
Visitation will take place on Monday, January 3, 2022 at Newcomer Kettering Chapel starting at 11:00 am until the time of service at 12:00 pm. Burial will follow in Woodland Cemetery.
