Lewis, Phyllis Marie, (Jenkins) age 66, formerly of Fairborn, went home to be with our Lord and Savior on Sunday, November 17, 2013.
She was preceded in death by her son, Christopher, and her husband of 50 years, Gary Lewis.
She is survived by her daughter, Techia (Wade) Potter and son, Anthony Lewis, as well as three grandchildren: Trevor Lewis, Nicholas and Maxton Potter. Also surviving are six brothers: Fred, Earl, Larry, Harlan, Harley, Billy and three sisters: Edith, Lucille and Barbara; and many nieces and nephews.
Phyllis was greatly loved by all that knew her and will be deeply missed.
