Phyllis Goetz, age 91 of Beavercreek, passed away Wednesday, October 1, 2014 at Crestview Manor. She was born August 6, 1923 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania the daughter of Stanley and Clara Kijak.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Richard J. Goetz, her children, Timothy, Kathy, and Richard Goetz, and a grandson, Nicholas Goetz.
Phyllis is survived by her grandson, Steve (Angel) Goetz; a sister, Elizabeth Levy; and two great grandchildren, Cody and Katelyn. She is also survived by numerous family and friends.
Funeral Service will be held Monday, October 6, 2014 at 11:00 am at Newcomer Funeral Home - Beavercreek Chapel (3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45432). Visitation will be Monday from 10:00 am until time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Valley View Memorial Gardens.
