Phyllis R. Broaddus, age 74 of New Carlisle, passed away June 6, 2013. She was born November 18, 1938 in Winchester, KY to the late James and Lura Mae Rogers.
Phyllis is survived by her husband of 48 years, Lindsey Broaddus; son, Luis Bingham (Sandi) Boneta II; daughters: Julieanne R. Lawson and Susan E. (Jeff) Haworth; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; sister, Lana (Mearle) Smith; brother, James Rogers; and other relatives and friends.
