A visitation for Phuoc will be held on Friday, December 27, 2024, from 4 PM to 7 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering 45439. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 9 AM on Saturday, December 28,2024, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 217 W 4th St, Dayton, Ohio 45402. Phuoc will be laid to rest at Calvary Cemetery in Dayton.
