Phillip " Phil" R. Salley, age 65, of Riverside, Ohio passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 3,2020. He was born June 24, 1954 in Dayton, Ohio the son of William and Donna Salley.
He was preceded in death by his father, William Salley and his wife Karen Salley.
Phil is survived by his son, Shelby Salley of Cincinnati, OH; seven siblings, Carolyn, (Donald) Nickell of Orlando, FL; Northa (Mike) Switzer of Kettering, OH; Marilyn Alexander of Anderson, IN; David (Teresa) Salley of Springboro, OH; Stephen (Kathy) Salley of Beavercreek,OH; Naomi (Greg) McAfee of Bellbrook, OH; James (Susan) Salley of Beavercreek,OH; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will take place at Mount Zion Park Cemetery in Beavercreek,OH on Wednesday, June 10, 2020 at 12:30pm.
In lieu of flowers the family requests a donation in Phillips name to Samaritans Purse.
