Philip Eugene Garringer, age 64 of Dayton, OH, passed away January 20, 2013 at his residence. Philip was preceded in death by his parents Orville and Helen Garringer and 8 brothers and sisters.
He is survived by sister, Norma (Paul) Harmayer; brother, Thomas (Kathy) Garringer; and many other nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Philip was a Huber Heights graduate and went on to receive his Associate of Arts Degree.
