Listen to Obituary

Penelope "Penny" Grace Levier, a beautiful soul who graced this world for but a fleeting moment, was born sleeping on March 2, 2026. She leaves behind dreams of what could have been and a love of a family that is stronger than ever before.

Though her time among us was brief— she measured a delicate 4 pounds and 18 inches—Penny came into this world as a breathtaking embodiment of love. Penny made her mark, embodying the strong genes of her family with a special little feature—a tooth, just like her Pawpaw had at birth. It’s a reminder of the lineage of strength and love she was a part of, even if her journey was short.

Her presence will be eternally woven into the fabric of familial bonds, stirring the hearts of her parents, Jason Levier and Anna Harbaugh, whose love for her knows no bounds. With her deep blue eyes, she was envisioned as a perfect doll baby, destined to bring joy and sweetness into the lives of her family, balancing the energetic spirit of her siblings: Parker (Alyssa Shields), Preston, Peyton, Pierce and Paxton. She is lovingly remembered by her paternal grandmother, Alice Anderson "Mamaw"; her maternal grandparents, Sue and Terry Harbaugh "Grammy and Pawpaw,"; great grandmother, Grandma Lois; her uncles, Jon, Chris, Mikey, and Matt, as well as dear family friends, Annie and Nick.

She is being held in heaven by her great-grandparents, Dave Stanford and Bill and Shirley Coen and by her mother’s best friend, Maddi Montavon.

As we reflect upon the life of Penelope Grace Levier, she shall forever be cherished—a sweet addition who shall always be felt within the endless love of her family.

As we hold Penny in our hearts, let us find solace in the joy she brought, however brief it may have been. She is an everlasting reminder that every moment of life, no matter how short, is precious. Her memory will live on, forever illuminating our paths. Rest peacefully, sweet Penny, as your spirit dances in heaven forever apart from the love that surrounds you.

Penelope will be laid to rest on her family’s land in Hocking Hills (God’s Country). She will have her own spot filled with beautiful flowers and landscape.
