Peggy LaRue

Peggy Lee LaRue, age 68 of Dayton, passed peacefully on Saturday, August 17, 2024. She was born January 20, 1956 in Astoria, Oregon to the late Lyle and Georgia.

Peggy is survived by her daughter, Stephanie Golub; son-in-law, John Golub; son, Andrew LaRue; sister, Patricia Kendall; and four grand-furbabies, Odin, Giselle, Bagheera, and Hela. She is also survived by many other extended family and friends.

Peggy was an avid reader and especially enjoyed mystery novels, sharing her love of books with many friends and family. She loved to watch football and cheer for her beloved Oklahoma Sooners and was a long-time member of the Girl Scouts of America. The most important thing to Peggy was her family and spending quality time with her grand-furbabies. She is well loved and will be deeply missed.
