Peggy’s legacy burgeons within the hearts of her adoring family. She is survived by her beloved daughter, Stacy Arnold, and a heartwarming array of grandchildren—Levi Durst, Nicholas Durst, Orlando Rivas, Tyler Gardner, Celia Gomez, and Kaira Rivas—who were the light of her life. Her great granddaughter, Gemma Durst, knew the warmth of her embrace, and her special niece, Joy Brown, along with extended family including Anna Rivas, will forever carry her laughter in their hearts. Close friends like Kim Hennon became part of her family, bound by the threads of shared experiences and unwavering support.

Peggy was preceded in death by her cherished parents, George and Theda (Frost) Sapp, her loving husband Charlie Etheridge, her beloved son, Corey Gene Bailey and her siblings-Jeanette Morgan, Ginny Bailey, Candace Sapp, and Ronald Sapp-who now welcome her with open arms in the gentle embrace of eternity.
