Paul B. Ritchey

Paul Brian Ritchey, age 69, of Kettering, OH, passed away on March 9, 2026.

He was born on August 18, 1956 to Charles Levi Ritchey Sr. and Frances Irene Ritchey in Dover, Delaware.

Paul worked at the Naval Research Lab in Washington, D.C. He enjoyed reading, fishing, and spending time with his family and his pets.

He is survived by his daughter, Melissa (Michael) Lay; his grandchildren, Logan and Olivia Lay; his nieces, Bethany (Andy) Levinson and Laura (Cody) Molla; and his great niece, Rachel Parks. He was preceded in death by his brother, Charles Levi Ritchey Jr.; his sister, Emily Frances Ritchey; and his parents, Charles and Irene Ritchey.
