Paul F. Milliner, born on November 15, 1978, in Dayton, Ohio, passed away on July 13, 2025. He was known for his goofy and kind personality, traits that made him enjoyable to be around and earned him respect from all who had the privilege of knowing him. While it would take some effort to unlock the deeper layers of his character, once given the chance, Paul revealed a warmth and depth that left a lasting impression on those closest to him.
Paul had a number of interests and hobbies that enriched his life. He found joy in playing basketball and pool, engaging not only in the physical activity but also in the connections these games fostered. His spiritual nature and deep roots in his ancestry reflected the importance he placed on family, making time spent with loved ones a treasured aspect of his life. He particularly adored his grandson, whose brilliance undoubtedly filled Paul with hope and pride.
Paul is survived by his loving daughters, Venita S. Milliner, Aja-Nae T.M Milliner, Goddess M. Milliner, and Jasmine Dews. In addition to his daughters, he leaves behind his grandson, Kingd'aire, and a supportive family: siblings Duane Milliner, Michael Milliner, John Milliner, Diane Body, and Brenda Milliner-Harrison.
Paul's legacy will be undeniably felt through the cherished memories held by his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, John Milliner, his mother, Savannah Bell-Milliner, and his son, D'Aarron D. Milliner. Additionally, he was preceded by siblings David Milliner and Lisa Bell.
In remembering Paul F. Milliner, we celebrate a life marked by kindness, humor, and a love for family that will continue to inspire those who knew him. He will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by all whose lives he touched.
