Patti Jean Ployer, age 68 of Dayton, passed away Monday, July 24, 2017 at Good Samaritan Hospital. She was born May 2, 1949 in Dayton, Ohio, the daughter of the late Miles and Wanda Jean Ployer.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers, David Leffler, Paul Ployer, Miles Ployer and Patrick Ployer.
Patti is survived by her son, Joshua (Jennifer) Ployer; two grandchildren, Chloe and Evan Ployer; sisters Therese Treadway, Debra Hunnicut; and brother Steven Ployer.
A Gathering of Family & Friends will be held on Thursday, August 3, 2017 from 10 am to 1 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - North Chapel (4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, Ohio 45424).
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers, David Leffler, Paul Ployer, Miles Ployer and Patrick Ployer.
