Patrick E. Moore, age 79, of Franklin, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, August 4, 2018.
Patrick was born in Cincinnati on June 7, 1939 to the late William & Dorothy Moore. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Linda Moore.
He is survived by his children, Robert Moore, Mike Moore, Donna (Andy) Wagenknecht and Mindy Moore; daughter-in-law, Ingrid Merz; grandchildren, Rachel, Patrick, Amy, Nicole, AJ, and great-grandchildren, Jay and Annie.
In the 1980's Patrick could be found on any given day at the Franklin Community Park, where he served as President of the Franklin Youth Baseball Softball Association. He also enjoyed praising the Lord as Deacon of his church and traveling with his late wife singing gospel music.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 11, 2018 from 10am-11am at Newcomer South Kettering Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd, Kettering, OH 45439. The service will follow at 11am, with Pastor Duane Harney officiating. Patrick will be laid to rest next to his wife at Woodhill Cemetery in Franklin.
