Patricia joyfully died in her sunroom on June 25, 2025 after a life filled with happiness, love, peace and sorrow. She was a middle child/Irish twin of her only brother. She love classical music over the the music of her classmates at Julienne High School.
After she started her family, she completed a BS degree in Ergonomics and her Masters at University of Dayton in Computer Science. She taught part time at University of Dayton for 11 years and worked at Wright Patterson Air Force Base as a government contractor.
Her greatest loves, after her family, were her gardens and critters; whether they were her dogs, birds or wild animals who often passed through her world.
Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, Martin and Marie (Pamos) Zinkiewicz, and her sisters Mary Ann Zinkiewicz Ballweg (Daryl Ballweg), Jane Martha Zinkiewicz Hall, and brother-in-law, Richard George Harrison. She leaves behind her devoted husband George; her sons James (Jennifer) and Drew (Stephanie); her brothers and sisters; Marty (Matet), Katie and Margie (B); grandchildren Riley, Kalen, and Rebekah. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. "To my friends and acquaintances I bid you farewell with a chocolate martini in my hand! Peace be with you!"
Public visitation will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home (3380 Dayton Xenia Rd. Beavercreek, OH) on Tuesday July 1, 2025 at 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will follow the next day Wednesday July 2, 2025 at 10:00 am at St. Joseph's Catholic Church (411 E 2nd St, Dayton, OH 45402)
