Patricia J. Martindale passed away in her home on February 28, 2016 in Dayton, Ohio at the age of 50. Patty was born on April 17th, 1965 in Springfield, Ohio to Clarence E. Smith and Mary L. Lavinger.
Patty is survived by her mother, Mary L. Lavinger; step-father, Joseph Lavinger, her children: Zennia Martindale, and twin sons William and Todd Smith. She is preceded in death by her father Clarence E. Smith; aunt Patricia Cox, and sister-in-law Lori Smith.
A graveside service is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 4th at Bear Creek Hill Grove Cemetery. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Patty's life.
