Pamela Emma Dugan, born on April 27, 1962, in Poughkeepsie, NY, passed away peacefully on July 29, 2025 in Dayton, OH She was a loving and caring individual whose presence touched the hearts of many throughout her life.
Pamela dedicated several years of her life as a veterinary technician, a role that underscored her devotion to animals and for their well-being. Beyond her professional endeavors, she found joy and fulfillment in her hobbies. Pamela was an enthusiastic performer with the Taloga Outdoor Drama at the Logan Hills Festival, where she cherished the friendships she formed. Living near an Amish community, she not only enjoyed engaging with her neighbors but also partook in a mutually supportive relationship that enriched her life and the lives of those around her.
Pamela is survived by her daughter, Heather (Brad) Burns; her step-daughter, Marja "Marty" (Kevin) Wade; her grandchildren, Landry Burns and Lukas Burns; and her step-grandchildren, Kevin (Kelly) Wade and Nathan Wade. She also leaves behind her beloved sisters, Wanda Dugan and Darlene Blake, along with many nieces and nephews, including Kai Dugan, Kami Dugan, Phillip Minardi, and Christian Minardi. Additionally, Pamela is remembered by several great-nieces, great-nephews, step-great-grandchildren, and a wide circle of relatives and friends who will carry her memory forward.
Pamela was preceded in death by her fiancé, Ludomil "Lou" Morski; her father, Gerald Dugan; her mother, Jane Dugan; and her great-niece, Aryana Dugan.
Her spirit will continue to resonate with all who had the privilege of knowing her, and she will be dearly missed.
