Pamela Nicole Alvarez, a beloved daughter, sister, wife, and mother, passed away on December 26, 2025, in Beavercreek, Ohio. Born on December 8, 1989, in Dayton, Ohio, Pam lit up the lives of those around her with her loving spirit and a heart that was as vast as the sky. She was a proud graduate of Shawnee High School, Class of 2008.
Pam was many things to many people-she was loving, caring, and fiercely devoted to her family. A true momma's girl, she carried the strength of her convictions with grace, never backing down from a challenge, and always putting the needs of others before her own. Her vibrant personality, characterized by her quirky sense of humor and creativity, made her a treasured friend and confidant. Pam touched the lives of everyone she met, bringing joy and laughter to those around her. Above all, she was a mother whose love for her children-Joselyn Marie, Juan Dominic, and Victoria Elizabeth-knew no bounds. Her proudest accomplishment was nurturing her children, fiercely loving them every moment of their lives.
Pam wanted to travel and explore new horizons; she had a passion for creating and building things that spoke to her imaginative heart. Faith was also a cornerstone in her life, guiding her through challenges and inspiring her to share her love with the world.
Pam is lovingly remembered by her husband, Juan Alvarez, as well as her parents, Anna and Kevin Schack, and her siblings: Patricia, Aaron (Jordyn), Lauren, and Natalie Schack. She leaves behind a network of several crazy uncles and aunts, along with a host of relatives and friends whose lives she enriched.
Pam's presence will be profoundly missed but cherished in the hearts of those who knew her. She now joins in eternal rest her maternal grandmother, Linda Carroll; grandfathers, Jim Carroll and Wayne Bradley; and 3 of her children who didn’t complete their journey into this world.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate Pam's life during the visitation on Friday, January 2, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, followed by a funeral service starting at 7:00 PM, all at Newcomer Funeral Home, North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd, Dayton. Contributions may be made to any WesBanco Bank for the Alvarez children, in care of Anna Schack, for their future educational expenses.
Though she has left this world, Pam's legacy of love, kindness, and strength will forever resonate with those who had the pleasure of knowing her.
