Oretha K. Snyder age 93, of Beavercreek passed away on May 23, 2019.
She was born February 18, 1926 in Lewis County, Kentucky to the late Paris and Ina (McCann) Henderson.
Oretha was a registered nurse who retired from Miami Valley Hospital after over 40 years of service.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 43 years Maurice Snyder; two sons James Snyder and David Snyder; son-in-law Ernest Bunn; and two daughters-in-law Terry Snyder and Deborah Snyder.
Oretha is survived by her children William (Elizabeth) Snyder, Maureen Bunn, Kenneth Snyder and Paul (Shannon) Snyder; grandchildren Kristina, Patricia (Scott), Melissa, Matthew, Joseph, Christopher, James, Marshall, Patrick and Rebecca; 11 great grandchildren; as well as many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 29, 2019 from 11:00 am-12:30 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, Beavercreek Chapel. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Dayton.
