Olaf E. Collins

Olaf Eugene Collins "Gene", age 69 formerly of Huber Heights and currently of Beavercreek, passed away August 27, 2018. He was born August 9, 1949 in Eagan, TN to the late George and Nora (Kesterson) Collins. In addition to his parents, Gene was preceded in death by his wife, Janette Collins; brother, Thomas Collins and his wife, Sylvia Collins; sister, Linda Richmond and husband, Harold Richmond; sister, Phyllis Bishop.

He is survived by his children, Dennis (Kristi) Collins, Michelle Daniels, Alicia (Michael) Dignan and Tammy Tomlin; grandchildren, Paul Daniels, Matthew Collins, Aaron Collins, Lane Toth and Cort Toth; great-granddaughter, Scarlett Daniels; sister, Sue (Dick) Williams and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Gene attended Landmark Baptist Church in Dayton where he was a faithful member and most importantly part of the church family.

A Celebration of Gene's Life will begin at 12 noon on Saturday, September 1, 2018 at Landmark Baptist Church, 4242 Needmore Rd., Dayton, OH 45424.
