Norman Lee Caudill

Norman Lee Caudill, age 86, of North Hampton, passed away November 16, 2025. Norman was born in Kodak, Kentucky on May 13, 1939 to the late Solomon and Lucinda Caudill.

Norman was preceded in death by his parents; beloved wife of 58 years, Marian; as well as his siblings, Van, Otis, Noah, Morris, Marth-Ellen, and Miriam.

He is survived by daughters, Julia (Michael) Harter, and Ellen (Alan) Gilbert; son, Paul (Carol) Caudill; grandchildren, Orville, Alan, Julia, Lucinda, Adam, and Alex; as well as many nieces, nephews, family members and friends.

Norman was a United States Air Force Veteran and a member of the Air National Guard, serving for 7 years. He retired from Navistar after many years and operated his own business.

He was a member of the Church of Christ for 54 years.

In his free time, he enjoyed fishing, teaching about the Bible, and spending time with his family and grandchildren.

Norman was kind, funny, and loving. He never met a stranger and had a great sense of humor.

There will be a funeral service held at 11:00am on Monday, November 24, 2025 at the Church of Christ (6170 S Scarff Rd, New Carlisle).

Norman will be laid to rest at Myers Cemetery (2785 N Hampton Rd, Springfield) following the service.
