Norma Sue Thompson, age 70 of Dayton, passed away Wednesday, September 27, 2017. She was born May 10, 1947 in Gatliff, Kentucky to the late Lee and Sarah Patterson.
Norma Sue was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed reading, puzzles, sewing and crafts. She is a member of the Bethel Missionary Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Wendell Patterson. Norma will be missed by her loving husband of 45 years, Paul Thompson; son, Steven (Meggann) Thompson; daughter, Lisa Thompson; grandsons, Abraham Thompson and Michael Thompson.
Family will receive friends Tuesday, October 3, 2017 from 12:30-2:00 p.m. at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton. Graveside service will be held Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. at Dayton Memorial Park, 8135 N. Dixie Drive, Dayton.
