Norma Leeson

Norma Diana Leeson, age 79 of Miamisburg, formerly of Cincinnati, passed away August 6, 2016. She was born July 14, 1937 in Sutton-In-Ashfield, Nottingham, England to the late William Norman and Lorna North. In addition to her parents, Diana was preceded in death by her husband, George Keith Leeson.

Diana is survived by her sons: Andrew (Julia) Leeson of London, England and Jonathan (Sharon) Leeson of Mechanicsburg, OH; grandchildren: Morgan Leeson, Peyton Leeson and Henry Leeson; sisters: Patricia Shepperson and Judith (Stuart) Lane; companion, Allan Roose; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Diana was an active member of P.E.O. International Sisterhood and an active volunteer at Sycamore Hospital. She was an avid supporter of various animal charities.

Visitation will be held from 3-5 pm on Thursday, August 11, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Road, followed by a funeral service at 5:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Diana's memory to Cottey College, 1000 W. Austin Blvd., Nevada, MO 64772 or to Shepherd's Green Sanctuary, 139 Copeland Lane, Cookeville, TN 38506.
