SHAFER, Norma L., age 83, of Tipp City, passed away Friday, March 1, 2013. She was born August 4, 1929 in Maysville, Kentucky. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Susan and Stephen Hausfeld; two granddaughters, Angela (Larry) Morgan and Robin Wells; three great-grandchildren, Joshua and Chrislyn Cantrell and Sophia Marsh. Norma was preceded in death by her parents, Roscoe and Mary Jeanette Snedegar.
