Nora "Sue" C. Williams, age 82 of Vandalia, Ohio passed away peacefully with her family by her side on May 26, 2025. She was born October 9, 1942 in Eagan, Tennessee daughter of the late Kermit and Juanita Collins.
Sue was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She enjoyed being in the backyard gardening, feeding the squirrels and birds. She had a passion for various TV show watching, puzzles, and traveling. She was a member of Landmark Baptist Church for many years. Over the years she taught as a Sunday School Teacher for many Churches. She loved to laugh and to bring a smile to the faces of those she was around. Sue's pride and joy was her family and she will be greatly missed by all who had the honor of knowing her.
In addition to her parents, Sue was preceded in death by her siblings, Thomas (Sylvia) Collins of Fairborn, Phyllis (Ronnie) Bishop of Kentucky, Linda (Harold) Richmond of Fairborn, and Gene (Jan) Collins of Huber Heights.
She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Richard "Dick" Williams; children, Richard "Rick" (Chris) Williams of Sheboygan, Wisconsin and Melaina Williams of Vandalia, Ohio; grandchildren, Destiney (Dan) Koehler, Mitchell (Max Xu) Williams, and Rachel Williams; 1 great grandson on the way; several nieces and nephews; her beloved cat, Mira; as well as numerous other family members and friends.
A private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Sues honor to Day City Hospice.
