Lewis, Nathan Bradley, beloved 2 year old son of Robert Floyd and Melancholy Reyes Lewis, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 15, 2015.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by 2 brothers, Jesse and Tyler; grandparents, Les and Flor Hicks, John Lewis, and Patty Lewis; and numerous aunts and uncles.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Miami Valley Down Syndrome Association or to A Heart Like Ava in Nathan's memory.
Nathan was deeply loved and will be greatly missed.
