STOUT-TANSLEY, Nancy L. age 65 passed away May 22, 2012 at Brookhaven Rehabilitation Center.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Frank Stout.
She is survived by her daughters, Chrissy (Jared) Shore and Kelly (Luke) Jones; grandchildren, Alyssa Jones, Zachary Shore, Andrew Shore, and Aubrey Jones.
The family will receive friends Saturday, May 26, 2012 from 9:30 am until the time of service at 10:30 am at Newcomer Funeral Home – North, 4104 Needmore Rd. Interment to follow at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Hospice of Dayton.
