Nancy Jean Priser

Nancy Jean Priser, age 90 of Miamisburg, passed away Saturday, September 19, 2026 at Ashford of Beavercreek. She was born November 7, 1935 in Dayton, Ohio, the daughter of the late Elwood and Bertha Otto.

Nancy graduated from Dixie High School in New Lebanon with the class of 1953. After graduating, she attended Manchester College for 1 year and then married Byron on July 3, 1954. She worked for Dayton Tire and later retired from Firestone Tire in 1990. Byron passed away in Akron in 1987. Nancy was a huge Cleveland Browns fan and even held season tickets. She was also an avid fan of the Indy 500, attending for more than 35 years. In her own words, "Life has been good and I am thankful for the good health I have had over the years".

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Byron C. Priser; longtime companion, Ron Holp; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Clarence & Gladys Priser; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Bill & Arlene Cleary; nephew, Billy Cleary; niece-in-law, Yvonne Cleary.

Nancy is survived by her son, Byron R. (Jackie) Priser; grandchildren, Kris Priser, Tony Priser, Mandi (Will) Cambron and Kari (Jordan) Northern; great grandchildren, Chase Coleman, Aria Northern, Olivia Northern and Levi Cambron; numerous other loving friends and family members including, Abigail & Mark Romero, Dick & Doris Johnson, Ben Cleary, Tim "Taco" (Jane) Cleary, Millie (Tim) Rose, Jennifer (Steve) Keaton, Jessica (Rick) Cornett and Patrick Cleary.

A Graveside Service will be held on Monday, October 19, 2026 at 1:00 pm at Dayton Memorial Park (8135 N Dixie Dr, Dayton, OH 45414).
