Nancy May Lowe

Nancy May Lowe (Sampson), age 65, of Beavercreek, OH, passed away Monday, September 14, 2026. She was born November 29, 1960, the daughter of the late Marion A. Sampson and Chin Sook Sampson.

She retired from L.M. Berry and Synchrony Financial. Nancy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, daughter, and friend to everyone she met. She had a heart that was bigger than life and loved her family fiercely. Her family was her greatest joy, and she treasured every moment spent surrounded by the people she loved.

Nancy lived life with an appreciation for everyday, always making memories and never wanting to miss an opportunity to enjoy the people around her. She truly lived as though every day could be her last; laughing often, loving deeply, and making sure those around her knew how much they meant to her. Whether it was a family vacation, relaxing at Norris Lake, cheering on her beloved Ohio State Buckeyes, Dayton Flyers, or Cincinnati Bengals (watching the games on TV or attending them in person), or simply gathering together with her family for a backyard bonfire, Nancy was happiest when she was making memories with the people she loved.

She will be remembered for her warmth, kindness, and the way she made people feel loved and welcomed. She had a wildness in her that was truly one of a kind - a beautiful, carefree spirit that made life feel a little more alive. She had a way of bringing people together and making even ordinary moments feel special. Her greatest legacy will be the love she poured into her family and the countless memories she created with them.

Nancy's love, laughter, and unforgettable spirit will live on in everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.

Nancy is survived by her husband of 31 years, Ronnie; four daughters, Jamie Sampson, Jessica (Lance) Frasier, Jana (Benjamin) Gibson, and Kaylei (Cody) Black; seven grandchildren, Danielle (Dylan) Roark, Destiny Frasier, Trinity (Damien) Posey, Ayriana Cammon, Autumn Gibson, Gavin Gibson, and Corbin Gibson; four sisters, Margaret Barlage, Marian Drees, Mary (Michael) Sparks, and Carla Sue Sampson; sister-in-law, Ruth (Gary) Vaughn; and countless cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

In addition to her parents, Nancy is also preceded in death by her mother-in-law, Nora Lowe and brother-in-law, Steven Barlage.

A Celebration of Nancy's Life will be held on Saturday, October 3 at 6:00pm at the AM Vets (5420 Brant Pike Huber Heights, OH 45424).
