Nadine Baker, age 55, of Kettering, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Saturday, June 16, 2018.
Nadine was born in Dayton on April 20, 1963 to the late Ralph & Regina Smith. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Harold "Petey" Barlowe and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Nadine is survived by her husband & love of her life, Paul Baker; son, Jason (Tracie) Buckley; daughters, Amanda Buckley-Carr and Maleaia (Mitch) Charbeneau; grandchildren, Jordan & Jaelyn Buckley-Carr, JJ Buckley, Kelsie Grabans, Makenah Buckley and Max & Mason Charbeneau; 4 great-grandchildren; brother, Danny Barlowe; and many other relatives and friends.
Nadine devoted her life to her children & grandchildren, spending countless hours over the last 40 years at the ballfields for football, baseball, and cheerleading. She worked and retired from GM. Nadine was loved by many and will be greatly missed. Being "Nana" was her passion and her greatest accomplishment.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 23, 2018 from 5-7pm at Newcomer South Kettering Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd, Kettering, OH 45439. The memorial service will follow at 7pm.
