Myrtle Hellard Langdon Bond, age 101, of Miamisburg, passed away Saturday, January 6th, 2024.
She was born May 31, 1922 in Jackson County, KY to the late Bradley and Betty Hellard. She was preceded in death by her first husband Isaac Langdon, second husband Robert Bond, daughter and son-in-law Kay and Aaron Couch, grandchildren Danny Couch, Christina Stanley, Bradley Langdon, and great grandchild Jordan Langdon.
Myrtle is survived by her children Kenneth (Sharon) Langdon, Ernie (Jeanie) Langdon and Vickie Foster; grandchildren, Brian, Johnathan, Cindy, Little Kenny, Jessica, Kathy, Barbi Kena, Kendra, David, Daron, Amy, Steven, Cassandra, Jesse, Katie and Abigail; 32+ great-grandchildren and numerous great-great-grandchildren.
Granny's caregiver for the last two years were Amy and Madison Lehman, Marie Salyer, Rhonda Ellis, and Adrianne Albright.
Granny enjoyed making quilts, drinking her coffee and sitting on her front porch. She will be missed by all.
The visitation will be held Tuesday, January 16th, 2024 at 10am and the funeral service following at 11am at Newcomer Funeral Home, Kettering Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering OH 45439). The final resting place will be at Highland Memorial Cemetery (723 Upper Miamisburg Rd, Miamisburg, OH 45342).
