Mundola "Boots" Bernard, age 84 of Miamisburg, passed away on Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at her home. She was born September 22, 1932 in Estil County, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Turner and Mayme Estes.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her 3 brothers.
Mundola is survived by her husband of 62 years, Estle; son, Don (Lynn) Bernard; daughter, Jackie Bernard; sister, Provie Reese; as well as many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks you consider a donation to Hospice of Dayton.
