Lively, Mildred O., "Millie", age 80, of Dayton, passed away Monday, September 14, 2015.
She was formerly employed with Kettering Convalescent Center and Bethany Lutheran Village as a Nurse's Aide. Millie was also a member of Bethel Missionary Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert William Lively, and her son, Edward William Lively, and is survived by her children, James Robert Lively and wife, Janie; Sandra Gayle Cooper and husband, Stephen; 5 grandchildren, James Robert Lively, Jr., Michael Allen Lively, David Aaron Lively, Christopher Colt Cooper, and Ashley Nicole Cooper; 2 great grandsons, Brandon Lee Lively and Kenneth Doyle Lively, 1 great-great granddaughter, Rebecca Arya Skye Lively.
