Michael Williams

Michael D. Williams "Shaggy", age 51 of Kettering, passed away Tuesday, September 9, 2025. He was born July 29, 1974 in Kettering, Ohio, the son of Tomie and Starr Williams.

Mike graduated from Fairborn High School and Greene County Career Center. After high school, he followed in his father's footsteps and began working in carpentry and construction. Although, the most important job to him was being a father. In his free time, he enjoyed fishing and playing pool. Mike will be remembered as a hard worker who loved his girls and his grandchildren dearly. He will be missed by many friends, coworkers and family members.

He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Helen and Calvin Williams; father, Tomie Williams; brother, Jeff Williams; and significant other, Donna Cooper.

Mike is survived by his three daughters, Renee (Rusty) Hatfield, Kat Williams and Argale (Sid Bowman) Williams; mother, Starr Williams; brother, Daniel (Chris Hartzog) Williams; grandchildren, Hailey Williams, Adaline "Addie" Johnson, Lucas Bowman, Elijah Hatfield, Jordan Johnson and Ava Bowman; grandmother, Jean Lee; aunt, Shirley Mistishan; uncles, Terry Williams, Brian Lee and Bob (Dee) Collins; and nephews, Abram Williams and Joshua Williams.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Funeral Home for the Williams Family.

Private Services will be held for the family and a Celebrations of Life will be announced at a later date for the public.
