Michael "Mick" J. Claude

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of 72-year-old Michael J. Claude, also known as Mick, from Huber Heights, Ohio. He was born on February 6, 1953, to Edward and Rita Claude.

A beloved husband, father, brother, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend, Michael leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and selflessness that will never be forgotten. Preceded in death by his parents, Michael is survived by his wife, Christine; his sons and daughters-in-law: Michael (Tim) and Maria, Steven and Sheena, and Matt and Heather Claude; alongside many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

At the heart of Mick's life was his beloved wife, Christine, also known as Chris, whom he met when he was in eighth grade. Mick and Chris were married for 54 beautiful years. Together, they built a wonderful life rooted in love, laughter, and unwavering support. Throughout their marriage, they raised three beloved sons: Michael (Tim), Steven, and Matt and two adopted daughters, Lisa Claude and Melissa Claude.

Mick was known for his big heart, quick wit, and unwavering commitment to his loved ones. He was the kind of man who showed up without being asked, gave without expecting anything in return, and found joy in making others laugh.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21, 2025 from 12pm to 2pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton, Ohio 45424.
