Michael Lee Johnson

Michael Lee Johnson, 75, Dayton, passed away January 16, 2017. Michael was born in Dayton, Ohio on February 23, 1941 to the late Howard and Mary Johnson. Michael was a proud member of the United States Navy during the Vietnam conflict. He was a proud union member as a welder and skilled tradesman. He retired from Chrysler.
In addition to his parents, Michael was preceded in death by his brothers, Verne Johnson, Wayne Johnson, Irv Johnson; and nephew, Verne "Wess" Johnson.
He is survived by his wife of 17 years, Julia Teague-Johnson; daughter, Shelly (Eugene "Golden Boy" Sparling) Snow; grandchildren, Robbie, Ashli; and many other family and friends.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, January 21, 2017 from 3-5pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road in Dayton.
