Michael Allen Lively, 42, of Dayton, passed away March 15, 2016. Michael was born in Dayton, Ohio on January 21, 1974 to James and Janie Lively. In his free time, he enjoyed hiking, skateboarding, gaming online and spending time with his friends and family.

Michael was preceded in death by his grandparents, Charles and Nellie Jackson, Robert and Mildred Lively; and his uncle, Ed Lively.

He is survived by mother, Janie Lively; father, James Lively; brothers, James "Rob" Lively, Jr., David Lively; nephews, Brandon Lively, Kenneth Lively; Great niece, Rebecca Lively; and several other relatives and special friends.
