Melvin L. Sundook

SUNDOOK, Melvin L., age 75, a Saint of God, passed from this life to his eternal home on May 14, 2007. His dear wife preceded him only 2 weeks ago. He leaves a daughter Alecia in New York City; best friends, Jim and Pat Shepard; and many good friends in Concordia Lutheran Church. Mel was born of Jewish Faith but accepted Christ as his Messiah in 1972. His life was a witness to any who met or knew him. His knowledge of God's word rivaled many ministers. His favorite verse was John 5:24. Visitation will be held from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. Thursday, May 17, 2007 at Newcomer Funeral Home Beavercreek Chapel where services will be begin at 10:30 a.m. with Pastor Anthony Sobocinski officiating. Burial will follow at Woodland Cemetery in Dayton. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
