Matthew Luke Culham

Matthew Luke Culham, age 43 of Englewood, passed away Friday, January 3, 2025. He was born April 19, 1981 in Ipswich, England.

Matt graduated from Fairborn High School, class of 1998, and attended Wright State University. He worked as a restaurant kitchen manager at BJ's Brewhouse. His hobbies included playing rugby and soccer, collecting sports memorabilia, acquiring and appreciating rare whiskeys. Matt will be remembered for his wit, selfless nature, and kind heart.

He is preceded in death by his father, John Coburn; grandparents, Neville and Pamela Riley; and grandfather, Clyde Newark.

Matt is survived by his children, John Culham and Madison Culham; mother, Wendy Coburn; brothers, Jamie Culham, Mark Coburn, and Stefan Coburn; their spouses and children; grandmother, aunts, and uncles.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to your choice of Veteran's organizations or suicide prevention projects in Matt's honor.

Visitation will be Monday, January 13, 2025 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm with a service to follow at Newcomer Funeral Home (3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45432).
