Mary Jane Schoenfeld

Schoenfeld, Mary Jane 72 of Beavercreek lost her 10 month battle to Myeloma Cancer in the comfort of her home on Sat. May 26th 2018 with her Family by her side.

She was born in Dayton Ohio on September 16th, 1945. She is preceded in Death by her parents George and Ruth Sweat, husband Charles W. Schoenfeld, sisters Patricia and Joyce, and her brother Tim.

She is survived by her sons Brian and his wife Sue, Chris and his wife Andrea; grandkids Carol, Erin, Daniel, Caitlyn, Jason, Andrew and Abby; great-grandkids Cody and Benjamin; brothers Richard, Steve and John Sweat; sisters Karen, Ruth, Pamela, Peggy and Christina, and 100's of other family members that were dear to her heart.

Mom came from a very large family that meant the world to her. Mom was very unique to say the least. She never held back her thoughts and was always a giver, fighter, courageous, spunky, beautiful, blunt, loving and caring. She NEVER gave up on anything. She always gave her all to her sons, grandkids, sisters, brothers, friends, parents and husband. She loved unconditionally.

Mother loved to cook, volunteer, loved her pets, old cars, BUDLIGHT, AC/DC, boating and family gatherings. Mother is now on 'Cloud 9', fishing from the 'Mary Doll', both beloved boat names of her favorite past time. I can clearly hear her Cussing at the perch who stole her bait. Her sons took great pride in NEVER saying NO to her. She will be greatly missed by all.

Visitation will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home, Beavercreek Chapel on Monday, June 4, 2018 from 6-8:00 pm. A funeral service will be held Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at 1:00 pm at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Park Cemetery in Beavercreek, Ohio.
