Mary Jo D. Hollenbaugh, age 80, of Riverside passed away January 2, 2017.
She was born December 11, 1936 in Dayton, Ohio to the late William Leroy Newman and Dorothy Alvina (Zobrest) Newman. She was raised by her aunt and uncle, Ruthie and Billy Kreitzer.
Mary Jo is preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 57 years, Albert L. Hollenbaugh in 2013 and her sister Susie.
She loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Mary Jo is survived by her children, Michael Hollenbaugh, Richard Hollenbaugh, Craig Hollenbaugh and Lisa Hoffman; 11 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; 2 sisters and a brother; and many other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 5, 2017 at 3:00 pm at the Newcomer Funeral Home, Beavercreek Chapel. Mary Jo's family will greet friends from 2-3:00 pm on Thursday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
