Mary E. Mullins

MaryEllen Mullins, age 79 of Riverside, reunited with her husband, Victor L. Mullins on Tuesday, August 2, 2016. She was born May 5, 1937 in Dayton to the late Martin and Hazel (Fiste) Rowley. In addition to her husband and parents, MaryEllen was preceded in death by her daughter, Vicki L. Hodge; sisters, Pauline Smith and Doris Reynolds; brothers, Martin, Russell, Thomas, Robert, Ralph, Charles and John Rowley.

She is survived by her daughter, Terry (Stephen) Oakes; Jeffrey Hodge; grandchildren, Aaron (Kim) Oakes, Brian (Kathryn) Oakes, Matthew (Mary) Oakes, Justin and Chandler Hodge; great-grandchildren, Aiden, Ella, Lauren, Harrison, Gretchen and Claire Oakes; brother, Paul Rowley; special nephew, Cecil "Butch" Reynolds; brother-in-law, Cecil Reynolds; best friend, Molly Gore and numerous extended family and many dear friends.

Mary worked and retired from Hewitt Soap Company after over 34 1/2 years of service. She loved spending time with her family and friends. Mary will be loved and missed by all that knew her.

Family will receive friends from 6-8 PM on Friday, August 5, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home, North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd.

A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10 AM on Saturday, August 6 at St. Helens Parish, 605 Granville Pl., Riverside, OH 45431 with Fr. Vincent Chembakassery celebrant. Interment will follow Mass at Willow View Cemetery
