Mary B. Campbell, a beloved member of her community, passed away on December 11, 2025, at the age of 90. Born on November 9, 1935, in Hazard, Kentucky, she led a life filled with love, laughter, and service to others.

Mary dedicated many years of her career to the beauty industry, retiring from Metropolitan Life to become a hairdresser. Her warm and caring nature made her the cherished hairdresser for the residents at Walnut Creek Assisted Living, where she touched many lives with her skills and her spirit.

Active in her faith, Mary was a devoted member of the First Baptist Church of Miamisburg, now known as The Bridge. She shared her talents as a member of the church choir and enjoyed traveling with fellow church members, creating lasting memories along the way.

Her commitment to connections extended beyond her church community; she never missed a high school reunion, attending even into her 80s, proud of her roots from Hazard High School. Mary found joy in traveling with her dear friends Janet and occasionally Carla, cherishing those adventures together. She was known for her ever-present smile, her stylish attire, and her love for wearing heels, embodying a spirit of grace and positivity.

Mary's family was always at the forefront of her life. She is survived by her loving daughter, Nagonda (Alan) Barnett; four grandchildren, Joseph (Crystal) Barnett, Jessica (Nate) Herrmann, Christopher Campbell, and Ashleigh (Jack) Bridenstine; and six great-grandchildren, Joseph Barnett, Lucas Herrmann, Jayden Campbell, and Kaleb Campbell, Madeline Bridenstine, and Elias Bridenstine. She also leaves behind her sister, Jimmie Jo (Joseph) Nicolazzo, three close friends, Janet, Sylvia, and Carla, as well as numerous extended family and friends.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Darrell Campbell; her father, Ernest Spicer; her mother, Lillian Spicer; her son, Johnny Campbell; her sister, Elizabeth "Libby" Hieber; and her brother, John Spicer.
