Mary C. "Meanie" DeLong, age 66 of Vandalia, passed away Wednesday, January 8, 2014. She was born in Dayton on August 16, 1947 to the late, Delbert Sr. and Sylvia DeLong.
She is survived by her brother, Delbert (Beverly) DeLong, Jr.; sisters, Patti (John) Cox and Diana Ransdell; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, family and many friends.
Meanie was a member of Ladies Auxiliary AmVets Post 99 of Vandalia. She retired from NCR after 45 years of service. Meanie was loved by her family and friends and will be missed dearly.
She is survived by her brother, Delbert (Beverly) DeLong, Jr.; sisters, Patti (John) Cox and Diana Ransdell; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, family and many friends.
