Martha May Engler

Martha May Engler, age 97 of Englewood passed away peacefully on March 12, 2018. She was born in Dayton to the late William and Mabel Bayham. Martha married Richard Engler in 1936 and the two had two children, Richard Engler, Jr. and Judith Fultz.
She worked for many years until her retirement at Woody's Supermarket. Martha was a kind, caring, and compassionate woman. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. She will be greatly missed by all who loved her.
In addition to her parents, Martha was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Engler, Sr.
Martha leaves to cherish her memory, children, Richard B. Engler, Jr. and Judith Fultz; grandchildren, Julie (Cheldon) Rose, Darrin Fultz, and Heidi (Gregory) Stepp; and great-grandchildren, Jordan (Gretchen) Rose, Evan Rose, Luke Stepp, and Jarod Stepp.
A private graveside service will take place on Monday, March 19, 2018 at 1:30pm at Evergreen Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Martha's memory to Ohio's Hospice of Dayton.
