Marilyn J. Wirtheim, age 87 of Huber Heights, passed away Tuesday, May 29, 2018 at Laurels of Huber Heights. She was born February 6, 1931 in Dayton, Ohio, the daughter of the late Carlos Leonard and Mildred Darnell.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Michael Wirtheim; granddaughter, Kimberly Vernekar; and brothers, Bud, Bob and Dale Leonard.
Marilyn is survived by her daughters, Carla Morgan, Kathy (Burl) Bruce, Connie (Terry) Kidder; grandchildren, Christian (Annette) Wirtheim, Nikola (John) Weese, Joseph (Taylor) Wirtheim, Valerie Wirtheim, Daniel Wirtheim, Meghan McFarland, Justin (Michelle) Hughes, Chloe Kidder, Michael Morgan, Michelle (Jeff) Haven; 8 great grandchildren; as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
Marilyn will fondly be remembered by her pet grooming customers as "Ms. LaRuby," in reference to her shop, LaRuby's Grooming.
A Graveside Service will be held at a later date.
