Marilyn Reynolds, age 77 of Dayton, passed away Friday, December 29, 2023. She was born December 8, 1946 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Harold Harshman and Corinne Compton. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Bill Harshman.
Marilyn is survived by her four children, Scott Harshman, Robert Sidenstick II, Steven Sidenstick, and Shelley Grimm; seven grandchildren, Samantha, Colt, Dennis, Shannon, Timothy, Tyler, and Johnathan; eleven great-grandchildren, Makayla, J'Lyn, Madison, Brooklyn, Aubrey, Cam, Makenzie, Connor, Kaydence, Payton, Sylvie Jo; great-great-grandchildren, Khalil and Xavier; sister, Joan Runnels. She is also survived by numerous family and friends.
Marilyn graduated from Fairmont East High School and was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She enjoyed painting, crocheting, baking, and reading. Marilyn is well loved and will be deeply missed.
The family hopes those who would like to honor her will find a quiet time to remember who she was in your life and be thankful for the time you had together. Celebration of life will be held at a later date.
