Marilyn E. Freeman

Marilyn Eloise Freeman, age 78, of Trotwood, passed away February 18, 2026. She was born June 4, 1947 in Springfield, Ohio to the late Albert and Hazel Lance. In addition to her parents, Marilyn was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Freeman; and grandson, Renier Walker.

Marilyn is survived by her children: Robert Wilson, Lia May and Jamie Hairston (Steven); 16 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; 15 great-great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-great-grandson; sister, Barbara Morris; brother, Gary Lance; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends, including God-daughter, Carla Sparks.

Marilyn worked for Marriott Hotels for many years. She was a Girl Scout Leader and loved to crochet dolls.
