Margaret Maybell Rookard

Margaret M. Rookard, 90, daughter of the late Uriah and Maggie Rookard, passed into her heavenly home on April 1, 2017.
Left to cherish her loving memory, daughter, Shelia (Opal) Jackson; grandchildren, Rachel (Christopher) Evans, Sheena Jackson and special friend Theodore Cohens, Regginald Jackson and special friend, Sheena Gamble; great grandchildren, Jae'Von, LaNyah, London, Farrah, Amarie, and Regginald Jr.; brother, Edward Rookard; sister, Ann Butler; special, devoted friend, Alma Harris, and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, other family, and friends.
She belonged to the Unity Chapter No. 95 of the Order of the Eastern Star and was a charter member of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 10, 2017 from 11:00 am to 11:30 am at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, 3801 Fairbanks Ave., Dayton, Ohio followed by funeral services at 11:30 am with Rev. Ronald Clark officiating.
